1. Did your County or District Conventions vote on resolutions and by-laws?
2. Were the resolutions and by-laws published and distributed to delegates several days ahead of each convention?
3. Were delegates allowed to submit, review, and vote on any by-laws or resolutions?
4. Were you provided deadlines for resolutions/by-laws and officer election résumés by your County, District, or State Chairs well in advance of the convention date?
5. Were any of the above (by-laws/resolutions/officer elections) submitted and/or voted on by delegates?
6. Upon physical registration (sign-in), were you handed the Agenda, By-Laws, and Resolutions so you could review in advance?
7. Did you receive these materials at least a week before the convention, allowing time for review?
8. Were registrars clear and verbal in informing delegates about the location and content of the Agenda, Rules, and Regulations?
9. Did you observe any issues with transparency, such as hidden Agendas, lack of announcements, or timing concerns?
